The OnBaseU Movement Screen tells us exactly where you have the Range of Motion that elite pitchers have. Once we find your active range of motion paired with your mechanical breakdown we can find what flaws you have that come form your mobility, or your technique. This is extremely powerful to speeding up the process.
Using video from multiple angles we will be able to identify where your mechanics can become more efficient. Paired with the movement assessment this breakdown is extremely powerful to finding how to quickly increase your efficiency as a pitcher. Mechanical inefficiencies can decrease velocity, command, or pose an injury risk.
Using PitchAI we can see down to the millimeter of how you move. Using their technology we are now able to see mechanical adjustments that need to be made at the joint level. This technology paired with the movement screen, and the video breakdown is one of the most effective ways to find how you create your velocity. This helps us find the fastest way to clean up mechanics, and make you a more efficient pitcher.
